G&H PROPERTY MANAGEMENT UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP
Owners Larry Harn and Jeanne Taylor Retire And Sell Business to Bluewater Properties: Chris Kennelly and Brett Reese
Faribault, MN: As of January 16, 2019, G&H Property Management has been acquired by Chris Kennelly and Brett Reese of Bluewater Properties based out of Northfield, MN. Since 2013 Bluewater Properties has focused primarily on commercial property management and rentals. G&H Property Management has focused largely on the residential market and HOA’s. The expansion of this portfolio will be an asset to both communities and the surrounding areas.
Chris Kennelly will serve as the President and be responsible for day-to-day operations. No changes are expected at G&H as their qualified staff will remain on to serve their clients. This acquisition will allow both companies to continue to grow quickly and offer all clients a wider range of services.
